Personality & Traits

General Overview		Ilyce (pronounced Ice), a quiet person who doesn't like kids and prefers to work with adults. She has no problem instructing crowds, but isn't comfortable in social settings, unless she's with Daytona. She is qualified to instruct in the following topics: Non Energy Weapon Creation, Rescue Retrieval & Recovery, Black Marketers, illegal traders, Wet Dry Damage Control Engineering, Bridge Operations, Survival, Species Information, Trauma Surgery & Medicine along with Turbolift Maintenance, Waste Management Maintenance, and Power Feed Investigation and Reparation
Strengths & Weaknesses		Weaknesses: Her refusal to use her mental abilities unless absolutely necessary. Strengths: Being able to telepathically interact with different species, and her husband, able to tell what people are thinking, able to move objects, track people's locations and stop actions, but she doesn't violate or invade people's mind unless it is absolute necessary.

Personal History		Ilyce was born to a Vulcan father and a Betazoid Mother. She was born on the USS Gimbert, because both parents were telepathic, they were shocked to discover that Ilyce's telepathic skills were on the extreme skills and she was sent to learn to control her abilities, taking turns with both sets of grand parents. At age 10 she began her training at Pacific Ocean Medical Academy, running away to do it, with the help of the Educators there she was kept out of public knowledge. She qualified as General Practitioner at age 14, and Trauma Doctor & Trauma Surgeon at 17. Working at the Pacific Ocean Medical Facility for four years, she was advised to join Starfleet to avoid being taken back by her parents, who turned up at the Medical Facility to reacquire their runaway Daughter. It was there, and then that Ilyce used her telepathic abilities to send those who had come to reacquire her, into the walls, angry about what they intended. Removed from the facility, Ilyce was offered a full tenure, but decided to join Starfleet. Entering Starfleet Marine Corps as a physician and field medic. She found she was bored, and took up the challenge of learning new things, before being offered a place at the Starfleet Marine Instructor course. A variety of classifications gained while at the Pacific Ocean Medical Facility, are slowly being gazetted by either the Starfleet Academy or the Marine Academy.

Boarding the USS Powell Ilyce received notification that information & certification had been approved by Starfleet Academy in the topics of Diving Medicine, Clearance Diving, Epidemics, Pandemics & Contagious Diseases along with Toxic & infectious substances. The last four were gained prior to joining Starfleet but needed to be verified.
