Description		When you need someone to investigate something or go somewhere that might be a bit grey, it's generally preferred to use a Ghost. This is the role of the USS Powell. Following a long period of relative peace the USS Powell has been dispatched to discretely observe the situation along the Romulan and Klingon border. Concerned that the weakness of the Empire and the Bloodlust of the Klingons may lead to a war, Starfleet has sent in the Powell to investigate. Officially listed as destroyed in action following a battle previously, the Powell will run silent along Romulan and Klingon borders.
